The Site is operated by Better in Bulk LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, doing business as Vireon ("Vireon," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All product descriptions, photographs, and pricing on the Site are provided in good faith but may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, change pricing, refuse or cancel orders, and limit purchase quantities at any time without prior notice. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and payment

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the products at the prices and on the terms displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

5. Discreet packaging and use

All Vireon orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. Vireon products are intimacy and lifestyle accessories intended for use by consenting adults 18 years of age or older. You agree to use Vireon products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any included instructions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, video, and software — is the property of Better in Bulk LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. "Vireon" and any associated logos are trademarks of Better in Bulk LLC.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems; not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure; not to use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our written permission; and not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

Vireon products are intimacy and lifestyle accessories. They are not medical devices, and they have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Statements made on the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Better in Bulk LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Better in Bulk LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
